Drawing funds should be the easiest part. That’s why we’ve designed a simple draw process centered around your timeline — not ours. With a dedicated construction manager and an intuitive digital portal, we keep your capital moving so you can hit your next milestone.
Meet CoreVest
Get onboarded
Once your loan closes, we’ll send a welcome email with secure credentials to our draw request site. If you’d like, you can schedule an onboarding call with your construction manager to walk through the process.
Request your funds
When a phase of work is complete, simply log in to the draw request site to submit your draw package and initiate your funding request. Be sure to include supporting documents, such as invoices, permits, and lien waivers.
Schedule an inspection
To verify the completed work, our team will coordinate a site visit with a third-party inspector. The inspector will reach out to schedule a convenient time to visit the property and compile an inspection report for CoreVest.
Collect your funds
If approved after reviewing your inspection report, we’ll wire the funds to you within 2–5 business days. To keep the process seamless, we’ll net standard servicing, inspection, and wire fees directly from the total draw amount.
