We are a commercial lender that lends to investors in residential real estate. Our borrowers use the proceeds from our loans to finance their real estate businesses whereas residential home loan borrowers use their proceeds to finance a primary residence.

What is the Single Asset Loan Product?

The Single Asset Loan Product is solely for business purposes to finance individual stabilized residential properties.

What is the interest rate for your Single Asset Loan product?

Rates and price are dependent on loan specific parameters including loan amount, credit score, loan purpose, etc. Rates typically range from low 6% to mid 7%.

How long does it take to close on a Single Asset Loan?

We typically average 30 days to close loans. We know timing is important to our borrowers.

What are the fees associated with closing a loan?

CoreVest Finance charges the market standard processing and origination fees. These fees are disclosed up front in the process so there are no surprises at closing.
