Breathtaking Transformation of Ranch-Style Single Family Rental

With wall paper torn out of the walls, poorly painted walls, old non-functional appliances in the kitchen, used and broken cabinets in the bathrooms, and scratched, soiled and torn out floors, the renovators had their work cut out for them in order to turn this property around.

Although all of the renovations upgraded the overall look of the property, the work done on the Kitchen showed the most drastic change. It went from outdated appliances, cabinets, and décor to brand new stainless steel appliances, black carrara marble countertops, modern white cabinets, mosaic tiling, and porcelain tile flooring.

After adding a fresh coat of paint on the interior and exterior of the property and revamping the backyard deck, the property is now ready to be called home.
